Yearly leases, monthly, two-month and nightly stays, each with its guest, payments and paperwork. Areesh refuses a booking that overlaps another one. Guests keep their ID details and documents.
Rent and cheques
Every payment of a stay: rent, deposit, fees. Cheques move from expected to deposited to received, or bounced. Print a numbered receipt in one tap.
Check-in and check-out inspections
Each apartment keeps its furniture list room by room, with a condition grade, notes and photos. Check-in starts from that list; check-out starts from the check-in. Film the apartment room by room instead of photographing every item: up to 6 videos per report. Add a charge to a damaged item and Areesh totals it against the deposit.
Contracts and Annex A, ready to sign
Areesh prints your tenancy contract and the Annex A furniture inventory as clean A4 PDFs, with your own terms: late fee, notice period, utilities cap, parking, internet. Annex A shows check-in and check-out side by side, numbers the photos, names the videos and totals the charges.
Documents are printed in English, following your legal templates, even when the app is in another language.
Expenses, bills and partners
Record what you spend as running costs or investments (furniture, upgrades). Recurring bills remind you and open a pre-filled expense: service charges, internet, utilities. Keep your cleaners, technicians and FM companies with their phone number; call or WhatsApp them in one tap and see what you paid them this year.
Payment plan with the developer
Enter your off-plan installments and see what is paid, what is planned and what is still missing from the plan, measured against the purchase price. Areesh flags overdue installments and amounts that look like typing mistakes.
What each apartment really earns
Rent is counted night by night, so figures are honest month to month. See collected rent, net operating income, gross and net yield, equity and what you still owe the developer, per apartment and in total. Download a yearly report per unit.

Is there a monthly plan?
No. Areesh is billed once a year, which keeps the price low.
Do I need to install anything?
Open Areesh in Safari on your iPhone or iPad and add it to your Home Screen. It also works on any computer browser.
Can my contracts be in Arabic?
The app speaks Arabic; contracts and Annex A are printed in English for now.
Does it connect to Airbnb or Booking.com?
Not yet. You add stays yourself in a few taps.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can download your contracts, receipts, reports and files before your year ends.
